good morning everyone. hope you all had a good weekend. i did. i'm sitting on the back deck with my dogs drinking a V8. haven't had one of these in awhile. i had a great time at the pride festival yesterday. i wanted to stay until the end but ended up leaving just before 3. i was wiped. Chase wore me out. that dog can't sit still for more than 10 seconds. hope you all have a great Monday.


This was early on in the day so all that empty grass filled up with people as the day progressed.

Hey Ruthie, it's so easy to get caught up in the wanting a relationship that we forget to see beyond that. I know because the same happened to me a while back. What I learned for myself is to request a pic first so you know who your talking to. Love is not an easy thing to grab ahold of. But you have friends here to support you. Glad to hear that you had fun and I bet, Chase, had the femmes coming up to you to scratch her ears. It was very slow yesterday at work and I was upset that I ran out of my word search puzzles to do. Good thing I had bought the newspaper, and I was able to do the crossword puzzle instead. I came home and stayed up until 10:15pm and then fell asleep until 8am this morning.

Do you have to work tonight?

I am sitting here watching this Casey Anthony trial, it has taking over all of the local stations here in Orlando, and I still say this girl will never get a fair trial due to the incompetence of her lawyer. I wish my boss would give me a regular schedule, instead of having me work one day at 2:30p then the following day at 6am and then 4pm to midnight the next day. I may take a nap before heading into work..

hey Clay, no Chase wasn't a chick magnet. when anyone reached down to pet her she would give a quick sniff of the hand as she kept on moving quickly right on by. I've never had a dog with this much energy. i'm sure its the puppy in her and that she'll slow down eventually. maybe at next years pride, if i'm still single, she'll cooperate more with me and slow down long enough to maybe allow me to have a short conversation instead of just a quick smile.
yes, i've tried the spicy V8's and liked them. the ones i bought were low sodium but i can get used to that. it's better for me.

yeah i work tonight. in the next 19 days i'll only have one day off.
have you tried finding game sites you can play from your phone? there has to be a crossword puzzle app out there somewhere. if i come up with anything i'll let ya know.

Thank you HD! My job doesn't allow us to have our phones on while we are at work. It stinks and sometimes they say something to us if were caught talking to each other.

I'm sorry that you only have one day off in the next 19 days and I'll keep the coffee on so you can stay awake!

being single is not such a bad thing ya'll. for me it is giving me time to get my own life in order, mentaly, financialy, phisicaly.. lol and no one to tell me double check my spelling!!
the only thing i worrie about is after being single for some time is will i be able to share my life and bed with anyone. ive gotten pretty independant not having to answer to anyone but myself!! kinda like it.

Welcome back Delish! Hope you are doing good and having fun!

It was a weird night at work lastnight. I had to give a witness statement in regards to how my supervisor spoke to a girl. When I came back from dinner lastnight, my supervisor was cleaning out her desk and didn't say much to us. I'm not sure if she was fired or demoted.

Have fun today and I'm off the next two days and I am looking forward to it!
