I had "Chinese Food". Everything was dark brown, very sweet and stuck together. I ate the little plastic fork cause it was the only thing that wouldn't give me diabetes.

Queso and chips, cheese enchiladas with refried beans and Spanish rice, key lime pie, and three melon margaritas.

I ate a kids cheeseburger meal from McDonald's while driving 75 miles per hour to get home from Galveston.

That sounds like a Chad meal.

Last night was french onion soup. I wasn't too hungry and it was perfect.

Tonight will be pita bread dipped in olive oil and zataar.

probably a can of Luck's pinto beans with schredded cheese on top, nuked until the cheese is stringy ... milk to drink of course

I had a whopper burger for lunch, those onions were awfully strong ... and I have been in others faces all day long ... poor things, I know those onions wilted them, they really bothered me. I fet like one of those awesome blossoms from Chili's ... spread the love :(

I am having the leftover shredded beef from last night stir fried with some cabbage and onions. I also have a pan of veggies roasting in the oven, baby eggplant, chopped beets, carrots, garlic with a little olive oil & herbs.

- mac and cheese (the baked kind)
- sweet potatoes

I got home late so just sausage in a bun with mustard.

Last night I had half a veggie sub with some cole slaw and pasta salad

- BBQ chicken
- fried okra
- stewed yellow squash and onions

I am baking chayote squash that I stuffed with a mix of ground beef, chopped herbs & veggies. There is a green salad in the fridge to have with the stuffed squash.
