Leftover stuffed chayote squash from last night's supper, and fresh green beans. That is, once I finish snapping this 2 lb.bag of beans and get them cooked. :)

I am roasting wings and red beets now, and I have a pot of green beans heating up that I cooked yesterday.

I am having cheese and crackers with cocktails. Nothing else in my house sounded yummy.

I had guac, pico de gallo, chips and flavored water. I'm too tired to really work at it tonight.

I have a paleo beet hummus recipe that's pretty good. It uses everything regular hummus does minus the chick peas. I just usually end up eating the roasted beets before I get around to making the hummus! :)

I had a repeat of last night, (roasted wings & beets, with green beans) but with chunks of Roma tomatoes instead of spinach. Kind of boring I suppose, but it tastes good. :)

Dinner was earlier, as is most Sundays, so I allowed myself extra grease and fat. I had a personal pepperoni pizza and some Breyers Samoas ice cream.

Leftover pot roast and Mac & cheese, jelly donuts for dessert.
