I got home late so I ate one chicken taco with ice tea.

A cheeseburger, fries and a coke.

Exhausted from a crazy week so it was cheese, crackers and salami.

M L K JR Labor council meeting......hummus.carrots.celery.meat tray with a few cheeses.celrery, carrots and water!

home made ravioli with meat sause.

Either veggies with jerk chicken wings or chicken piccata. Haven't decided yet, but chicken is on tonight's menu.

- pistachio almond ice cream for dessert

Buttermilk Fried Chicken, with mac and cheese.

So far I had a small package of crackers while driving 75 miles per hour to get home to the kitties.

I made butternut squash ravioli from scratch!

My pasta was tender and not chewy, yay!

Also had a simple salad of tomato and cucumber with balsamic dressing

So yummy

- orange chicken
- veggie fried rice
- spring rolls (homemade ones, not the frozen kind!)

I am having pepperoni pizza with olives, onions, and jalapenos. A tall glass of whiskey to drink.

It must have been quite a day! But even so, this is a better dinner than a small pack of crackers while speeding down the highway.

Thank you ma'am, it has been a tough month with too many late nights of work and PT.
