Lunch
Homemade burger with fried onions, fresh tomatoes and lettuce, pickles, mayo, little mustard, cheese. Iced tea to drink.

Can of soup with some crackers.

I used the leftovers from the week to throw together a burrito and used some homemade pineapple salsa and sour cream on top.

I love vegetarian Chile Rellenos. So yummy!! Rice, beans, chips and salsa as well. Who doesn't love Taco Tuesday?! |
Lunch...
Toasted light rye bread with sliced avocado, and tomatoes, sprinkled with some hemp hearts and pink Himalayan sea salt and fresh basil.

Yesterday I made veggie chili. I'm taking it for lunches this week. It has carrots, bell peppers, zucchini and squash along with beans and of course chili seasoning. I hope it will be as good as last time I made it!

I found this stuff called Cookie Butter. It's a jar of hazelnut spread and peanut butter swirled around like they do in the jars of pb & jelly. I had a sandwich with that and it was freakin' delicious!!! Water to drink.

Baked ham and swiss quiche, lots of coffee.

IDK....some garlic flavored voila meal..and some hard boiled eggs...

I made a new recipe: Vegetable Barley Soup.
It turned out really good! I've never had barley before and it was super yummy. I think this is my new favorite vegetable soup. :) |
I ate at the street fair: 2 grilled ears of corn with salt and a small half sour pickle.

Brown rice, refried beans, Chipotle black bean crumbles, and shredded cheese. Yummo!

I'm getting a Qdoba bowl with impossible, cilantro rice, black beans, cilantro and guac. Can't wait!!

Hashed browns, onion rings and a little cheese. I ate healthy at dinner time, honestly! 8-}

Slices of Spam, covered in Campbell's Mushroom soup, topped with Velveeta, 3 dollops of ketchup, crumbled crackers ( remove plastic ), 2 tablespoons of coconut cream sauce, cover entire pan with halves of hamburger buns, sprinkle with the insides of 2 capsules of Ativan. Bake for 30 seconds at 300 degrees. Let sit on counter for 5-6 hours. Toss.
