Tortilla soup from El Pollo Loco. It's a broth-based soup instead of a creamy soup and it's delicious.

I rarely have left-overs, so I decided that tonight was the time to have a little left-overs party, and clean up all those bites.

I made lamb shanks for my son with sauteed broccoli and for me... had a late lunch in Philly (bbq'd seitan sandwich and fresh-made banana rum sorbet), so I see myself noshing a bit later on probably roasted brussell sprouts.

Cooked chicken, ramen noodles, corn, brownies.

I made Madhur Jaffrey's onion relish yesterday.
 

In Pete's mother's Le Creuset:

One quarter cup garam masala plus two cubes of frozen minced ginger, sautéed in olive oil
28 ounce can of tomatoes
14 ounce can coconut milk
Two 25 ounce cans Westbrae chick peas
Frozen cauliflower
Frozen chopped spinach

I am going to bake a chicken & bacon quiche (crustless), with onions, garlic, red/green bell pepper, zucchini, a little almond milk, shredded cheese, herbes de provence, lavender flowers, orange zest, and a little s&p to flavor.

A thin-cut ribeye with salad. Haven't eaten today so I'll enjoy this steak.

This was soooo good! It was my intention to freeze the leftovers, and I will freeze what's left after tonight to have for breakfasts. I just had to have one more piece first. :cigar2:
