It was awesome! I read some of the reviews and adapted it a lil' better for us. I didn't use the cumin or the romano cheese... I opted for extra pepper & LIGHT Tony Cachere's and parmesean cheese. It was yummy!

kannon 06-30-2011 03:55 PM

hotdogs and tots with an insatiable stomach. Maybe some haagen daz.

deb_U_taunt 06-30-2011 04:38 PM

My partner is working late, so its dinner alone. I am thinking shredded wheats.

AtLast 06-30-2011 04:51 PM

Grilled chicken breasts (marinated in "Ollies"), steamed brown rice and broccoli. Some cut up sweet onion and tomatoes. Yes, it is a Southern kinda meal... but not fried!

Quite often I don't have dinner. I'm more of a grazer. But tonight I had turkey salad (like chicken salad) rolled up in a whole wheat low cal/carb tortilla with honey mustard and lettuce. Damn it was good :)

OS Butch 07-01-2011 02:20 PM

Got to my parents to find the dinner menu had change, no chicken enchiladas...We had Papa John's Pizza....Killed my taste buds that were oh so ready for mom's cooking. She promised to make them tonight:)
