Last night was a dinner meeting at Panera and I got the goddess cobb salad because I wanted yummy avocado. I forgot it came with bacon crumbles though and I had to pick them little bits out one by one.

Baked chicken, baked potatoes, broccoli Normandy, & triple berry pie for dessert

Johnny Marzetti. Not as good as my Mom's, but satisfying.

I'm treating myself to coffee and a cookie

- toasted colby/jack cheese on hearty white bread
- cream of tomato soup
- date balls rolled in coconut for dessert

Roast beef (5 hours of roasting, it's very tender), roasted organic baby carrots, and a small garden salad with a light balsamic dressing. Spring water over crushed ice, to drink. And I made tiny apple tart pies, this afternoon, for dessert.

I had yucky restaurant food. It should have been chicken parmesan but I think it was yucky frozen food.

Bbq pulled pork on a roll with a side of mac and cheese.

I had a better dinner tonight fried brie with tomato jam and pulled pork tacos.
