I believe that my faith in todays youth may have been restored (for a moment at least).

As I was pulling into my apartment complex this evening there was a young boy who was going to cross the road. He saw me, stopped and waited. Instead of continuing on, I smiled at him and waved him through.

As I was pulling into my parking space, he happened to be walking past. When I got out of the car, he smiled at me and said thank you. When most would have simply ignored me he acted like a gracious young man.

I have a pretty kick ass cowboy hat that i got in mighty mizzou looks quite good on my head its all straw and scrunched up.....my love looks even better in it than I do

I wanted to linger with my Woman in the bed and not have to get up to go to work..sometimes that just sucks........she was looking particularly beautiful on the sheets.....sigh...

You know... while I was sitting in my steaming hot shower yesterday, I realized....

You can't make frog soup out of me...

I know... weird right... but here's the thing... frogs are amphibians. They are cold blooded... so as you slowly heat the water their body naturally gets warmer too... Therefore, they don't notice.

HUMANS!... are mammals. We are warm blooded. Our bodies stay the same temperature, so long as we are healthy, no matter what the temperature around us is like. Therefore... if you slowly heat the water around us... we would notice... AND... that means... NO FROG SOUP!!!

Anyway... something I thought about. Thought I would share.
