The usual. Except I'm thinking about going through and arranging my clothes again, hang up what needs to be hung up and fold the clean laundry and put it up.
Also texting friends, without them I would not be sane right now. |
I just made the executive decision to work at home until lunch and am a little too obsessed with baking videos on Youtube :blush:

Quick having some sugar free pudding before clock strikes midnight when I have to stop eating for tomorrows blood draw. Wishing I hadn't skipped dinner and wondering if there's still time to make/get something more substantial in. Settling on a few crackers and cheese and some pacific foods roasted red bell pepper tomato soup instead. That way I won't have to mad dash rush to finish my food. So off to play microwave chef/do something fancy with these awesome Breton gluten-free crackers I found. Unlike most wheat free crackers these are nice size substantial. Most gluten-free crackers are bitty, smaller than one Ritz and some of them are even about the size of a Cheez-It cracker which are not at all filling unless you eat piles and piles of them. Not to mention Cheez-It crackers aren't gluten-free. I don't have Celiac condition but my Doc suspects a mild food allergy to wheat and oats and well try finding much of anything baked that doesn't have one or the other in it. Happily I haven't had a difficult time finding gluten-free, sugar free pudding though.:)

Been up since a little before 3:00 a.m. ... doing housework, washing clothes, put a 4 pound roast in the crockpot on low ... it will be falling to pieces tender by the time I get home from work late today. Then I will boil potatos, carrots and cabbage until tender, dump that in ... no cooking this weekend. YAY! Nuke and serve.

Right now, I'm regretting eating so much salt. The dew point is so low my skin is dry and the sodium is extra drying and I don't need any help in that department. I did an aloe facial rub earlier and the petroleum jelly I put on my hands soaked in in less than 20 seconds. I may have to do an olive oil soak tomorrow before bed.

I am still in bed with the baby kitty. I am getting hungry and looked at the breakfast thread but no good. People are eating way too healthy. Where are the eggs, bacon, and toast?
I guess that I am on my own for breakfast. :) |
