I'm behind on shopping and cooking so I had a tuna salad wrap. But then I prepped and cooked up all of my veggies from my farm share so tomorrow should be much better.

I had a chicken pot pie in the oven and, while that cooked, I had two Halos and some bacon jerky. Now it's pie time and I also have a ginger-pom cocktail to drink.

A vegan ready meal which I bought just to support the need for vegan ready meals (a rarity here). It was surprisingly nice but I was hungry again so ate a bag of peanuts too

Pork schnitzel, with brown gravy and garlic mashed potatoes.
I had simmered mushrooms in white wine and added to the gravy. Squeezed a little lemon on top. Tasty it was!

I have sliced strawberries sprinkled with sugar, waiting to get juicy. Mmmm, over butter pound cake with whipped cream for later....

I had a delicious meal of Dan Dan noodles and veggies with grilled veggies, golden beets and steak. Ice cream for dessert.
