I made a dish that I made up. It has ground round in a mashroom cream sauce layered between sliced new potatoes and topped with cheese.

It is yummy but has no name.

Stir fried boneless, skinless chicken breast with vegetables in sweet chili sauce over jasmine rice, green tea to drink and sliced peaches for dessert. Walked in on an unannounced poultry sale last shopping trip, so suppose I'll be having a lot of it this week. :chef: :farmchicken:

Last night was truly weird. I had a bag of shrimp cocktail (the store's sauce isn't right until I add in more horseradish), green tea and root beer float ice cream. Hopefully, tonight's dinner will be more balanced.
