Potluck at a friends house: Veggie fritters with a dill dressing, quinoa salad, greens salad, roasted brussels sprouts with garlic scapes and broccoli rabbe, and a gluten free chocolate cake with cherries in it :)

So far, a grilled Pear Salad (pears grilled, mixed greens, roasted pecans,
cheese croutons, honey mustard dressing) & roast chicken

Chili dog & tossed salad

I had a completely intentional emotional eating dinner of baked chicken tenders and tater tots. :)

Roast beef and cheddar sandwich. Chips. Snapple.

It is too hot to eat so just cold cantaloupe so far and maybe a half of a turkey sandwich later.

Spanakopita was mentioned in the BLL story I am reading, and it's pretty nice weather today, so I am going to make this for an delicious supper, tonight. :)

Last night was leftover pork chop with peaches and scallions over riced cauliflower and tonight will be salmon.

Smoked pork chops, broccoli, and scalloped potatoes. I am not having the potatoes, but making them for my parents. They also have pudding pie for dessert.

We had an ice cream social at work this afternoon to celebrate the upcoming 4th of July holiday and that ruined my appetite for dinner.

I had the 2nd in a series of dental visits today, so it was back to mushy foods for me. I had cream of potato soup.
