It was going to be turkey burgers but I got all creative 'n stuff at the last minute with very nearly the same ingredients. I can't say what it is because Organic's lurking and it's a surprise.

LOL they shined up nicely after dinner. Thank goodness. Had to use them I couldn't help myself.

bow tie pasta with alfredo sauce with roasted red peppers and bits of goat cheese mixed in. (perhaps next time I'll add bacon?)
and garlic italian sausages.

Turkey meatloaf. It was one of the dishes we had on Thanksgiving and Organic loved it so I decided to use the last of our mushrooms for that. :)
