Last night was chicken and riced cauliflower.

A burger - I grilled 6 chicken breasts and 5 pounds of hamburgers couple nights ago.
The chicken breasts were for the dogs. I did share one breast and couple burgers with my neighbor. I yelled "chicken picnic" when I was bringing the meat inside. Jeffrey Alan's eyes got big as saucers when he got a mouthful of grilled chicken. I don't think they served grilled chicken breasts at the animal shelter. I always tear up their meat into small pieces. |

Pork tenderloin stuffed with broccoli, wild rice, and cheese.

Country style ribs, baked beans, summer salad of cucumbers and cherry tomatoes, fruit bowl of strawberries, cherries and pineapple.
I hand pitted the cherries..purple fingers now..lol |
Grilled chicken, roasted vegetables with potatoes and a garden salad with olive oil, lemon and fresh herbs salad dressing.

Lasagna, garlic bread, fresh local watermelon for dessert. Oh and blueberries, too!!:koolaid: Cucumber water to drink.

I came home late from work, saw a pound of hamburger in the fridge and put 4 burgers on the grill with it. Two of us were home to eat, one was still at work. Oh, I stopped at Sonic and got an order of onion rings to put on top of those burgers along with tomato slices.

I had a lovely Blue Bayou salad for lunch, late this afternoon, so I'm good....... but right now???
I saved my Lime Jello Parfait from the Mexican restaurant yesterday.....and it's my dessert, tonight. :balloon: |
I didn't plan anything, so I went into the kitchen and found shrimp, butter and garlic. Yum, shrimp scampi over white rice. There was a bag of Asian style veggies with seasoning that accompanied the shrimp to the table. (Little corn and all)
