Insomnia and menopause....I think they go hand in hand. It's no wonder I find myself nodding out for short spurts at different times of the day. Thinking I don't want to take pills just to help me sleep. Learning that any day I can sleep for more than 3 hours without waking is a good thing. Wondering how long it can go on before it could become a health issue.
