laughter
i choose this word, bc when you hear, think or say something so funny, and you are having a major laughing attack , it feels so good. for that short amount of time, there is nothing sad , or traumatic going on and you feel amazing with no care in the world.
i think we should all laugh more throughout the day.

acceptance & change

I know so many people who are going through so much in their life.
Whether it be a loss , suffering , confusion , or depression.
Acceptance and change are wonderful words which also happens to be in my
favorite little saying of the serenity prayer which I would like to post here too in hopes that it will benefit at least one person going through so much and in hopes that their heart and mind wil be okay.

God, grant me the serenity
To accept the things I cannot change;
The courage to change the things that I can;
And the wisdom to know the difference.

whenever I am in distress I say this, and I always seem to get through a crisis okay.
