Laerkin came for a pedicure to relax and de-stress. Instead it's pissing me off, stressing me out, and teaching me a big ol' lesson. I should have waited at the good place instead of being impatient and going to the crappy place where it's taking way too long and the dude has no idea what he's doing.

Blade is off to work...gotta make that almighty dolla! Way long week this week. Next week is my last long week. I'll start back on 30 hrs again after that. I'm not looking forward to the pay cut, but am looking forward to having my day off again. I've missed it the past 9 weeks. Yall have a good day and a great weekend.

just finished a super busy week at work. i have tomorrow off...and it is very rare for a chef to get a saturday night off. I am currently catching up on the planet and talking to my special someone. Things are perfect.

The past few weeks have been very reflective and much healing. I started this last fall and kept getting side tracked. I guess I just wasn't ready to lay a foundation yet.
In May I took the bull by the horns and said "Enough is a fucking nuff!" and although its still been a process and lots of work I must say I am thrill with the results. People that know me are now saying things, "wow you look great" or "there's something different bout you." I think its true that you get to a bottom in life and although I made attempts my finale in bullshit came in May and rather then wither in hell it gave me the kick in my ass I needed. Something freeing and magical happened that allowed me to "try". So part of that plan was clearing my mind, my house and my life. Staying focused on diet, my home, family and animals. I've been really really busy but not just with all the changes. I made a commitment to my own happiness and start taking more time for myself. My kayak has been in my van two weeks and I've dropped it in the water at least 4 times. I steal time away, go float and connect. I push to stay organized and this past week I've been throwing all kinds of shit away. Way too much clutter. I moved my bed to a small room where there is nothing there but bed, facing south, some crystals my ipod docking station, a table top fountain and candles. I moved everything around and ready to completely fung shui my house. It's just all about me right now and I'm loving everything happening. I'm not ignoring you/people, just really digging this space I'm in and all the changes that are finally bringing back on track with my dream. I still have a ways to go and deep in my heart I would love to find the right connection/partner but that just isn't on my agenda right now and I know when the moment is right they will easily glide in. Life is good. |
