More baseball and chatting!

Getting ready to hop in the shower before a much needed night out. Life is pretty good right now. I have an almost totally clean bill of health from my doctors after having a big scare last week when they thought I had the big C. Work is amazing and I'm planning some long vacations.

Watching a movie with the folks.

Dishes (loading the dishwasher and manually doing the rest), laundry (4 loads), straightening my room, sweeping and mopping the stairs and upper floor and washing windows. My sister is coming to visit! (1st time here)
This is the first spring in my new home. The yard is going to be sodded next week. They said be prepared to water it a lot so I bought a hose (I hadn't yet owned one). I'm clueless as to how to attach the hose to the side of the house (it is sided). I can YouTube it, but thought I might throw it out here first and see if any of the planet could help...

Finished the movie and now I am watching a baseball game!

Being grateful. After being away in the woods these last few days - taking stock of my Life, where I have been, where I am now - just being grateful. It is amazing what a little peace and quiet will do.

just got home from work, started a load of wash. I'm hanging around until it's done so I can hang it out to dry...

Waiting for a load of laundry to finish washing and watching a program about Tienaman Square on the military history channel

Just finished trimming my hair and beard. Now waiting on the laundry to finish, then headed to the shower.

Posting here - relaxing after putting away groceries, and putting together of couple of tables I bought - then re-arranged the living room. Now the rest of the weekend will be down time. All errands are out of the way.

I am eating lunch and posting here.

Coming up for air in between projects and taking deep breaths.

Reading about the differences of cloth diapers-- prefold/flatfold, fitteds, all in ones (AIOs), pockets, and watching/listening to a movie on Netflix (Before I Disappear).

Sitting on my ass relaxing....

I PLANNED to plant the seedlings I got at the store (2 kinds of heirloom tomatoes and 2 peppers; sweet red bell and jalapeno respectively) BUT monsoon season has returned to my little town.

It can't last for long at this rate, so there will likely be time later for planting.

Finishing laundry before it gets too much hotter here, and contemplating what to make for lunch.
