I need coffee and a soft hand this morning. I am doing my best to try to get to sleep but so far it's been a bust.
I need to stop letting things trip me up from the source of happiness. I need to take a deep breath and float along, remembering those words whispered. I need to be satisfied in my decisions - to allow myself to do something for ME, to feel uplifted and free. as I'm freshly dressed in my new, very sleek, long skirt and crisp, baby blue blouse and sexy black boots... feeling more feminine (which is rare) than tom-boyish... big smile on my face thinking about plans for today... I need someone to sneak up behind me while in the kitchen, slip their arms around my middle and pull me close, whisper in my ear and lightly kiss my neck ...

To just get through tonight going back to work after the demotion trading the gold badge for silver a new chapter I need the strength to be positive about this it is going to be aquward for my boys and for me but my attitude will make the difference
