What a week "We the people" have had! Very surreal weekend! Wishing everyone a fantastic week ahead.

After a very busy morning, we are having an over easy Sunday afternoon!

Gave myself a pedi and manicure this morning (will paint the nails later while watching a movie or binging on Masters of Sex).

Made a run to Grocery Outlet and Trader Joe's with the top down. The only item I bought that wasn't on my list was some ginger mints :)

Stopped at the dog park to say hi to some friends who were with their doggies (nope, I'm still not ready to get one).

Listened to Nina Totenberg talk about an easy way to make Bernaise sauce without eggs and butter.

Will spend the rest of the day around the house getting ready for the week ahead.

I like Sundays like today :)

Today was a pretty quiet day. I helped my Mom finish painting her front deck. I thought I would get scorched - but basically added to my tan. Had some good dinner and then came home to get some pics done up. Looking forward to the coming week. Thinking some good news is coming my way. I am feeling pretty happy on this Sunday.

Staying close to home. Will change linen, give myself a manicure, maybe a facial, definitely a hot-oil hair tratment, get my behind on my stationary bike, will catch up on Larry Wilmore, maybe wash my car, maybe not. Gonna go eat a peach next.

Not quite sure what is on the agenda for today. It is looking beautiful outside right now. However, I believe we have storm that is supposed to move in. So, it might be a good day to just putz around here. I cleaned yesterday, so there is really none of that to do.

I had originally planned to go out on my sister's boat.. but I am thinking the weather is going to change that up.

So like my friend O, I think I am going to just stick close to home.. and see what trouble I can find. ;)

Visiting my wonderful Transgendered Grandchild for two weeks and we've had a lazy Sunday morning, she slept in and skipped breakfast. I'm poking around all the new threads since I haven't be able to get online in like forever.

I like all the good vibes and yummy goodness of this thread, I think I'll hang around on Sundays.:blueheels:

I feel as though I have not been on BFP in forever. Things have been crazy in my life lately. My sister and her boyfriend came for an extended visit with their 2 dogs. And work is in a bit of an uproar with the new organizational structure.

Hopefully things are starting to settle down. I know today, after yesterday being another busy day, I plan on just relaxing at home. Which is quiet now that everyone has left.

Wow. You are all so productive! lol!

I was up late last night.. so I didn't get up till about an hour and a half ago. I did my work out and cleaned the kitchen.

So now.. I am going to do some blogging then my big plan for this afternoon is to binge watch this last season of 'Lost Girl'. I just found out two days ago that Anna Silk is going to be at Dragon Con this year.. so I gotta get caught up. I have been looking forward to this marathon for a while!

Up at 7am, mowed our 1 1/2 acre property. 9:30 my brother came out to help me hang outdoor window blinds to block the 100+ heat. 12:30 arrived at the theatre to watch the Minions. Not layed back or over easy but one fun day!

happy sunday! the puppy woke me with a wet nose...he played on the bed for a bit and then followed me to the kitchen while i fought with fried eggs (they always stick to the pan) i made coffee, toast, fried eggs, scrambled eggs with sausage links and sausage crumbles now time to relax :)

Up at 6 helped my sister move, then went to breakfast. Back home now for a lazy sunday afternoon, or maybe not. Might strike out on the road again after while

Yet another rainy day here, so I made a quick dash out for a bag of coffee and some half n half. Otherwise, it's been a dry and quiet day inside for me and the fur pup. She's been lounging around and I have been cleaning and playing online. Happy Sunday! ;)

Good Afternoon Overeasy peeps,

This Sunday has been very overeasy. I did some cleaning earlier - worked on my list of things to do this coming week - and then took a nice longggg nap.

I needed the sleep as I am still in recuperation mode I think - well at least my body is. I feel better than I did when I woke up this morning.

It is blistering hot out there so the a/c has been on all day.. and I also think I need a new fan for the living room - this one seems to going on a slow stroll even on the high setting. :|

Hope every one had a quiet day and has a productive week ahead.

So far, my lazy Sunday has consisted of organizing our living room and tidying up the condo. We are on nap #2 for the day. It's a blissful, unbusy day.

Still feeling all sorts of happy and loved from our wedding shower yesterday.

3 Days til vacation! Red hasn't a clue where we are going! Love that she is excited to be surprised!

Today is going to be a good day! I don't have to work tomorrow so the pace is nice and slow.
Lounged in bed and played with the dogs (the 2nd best way to start the day)
Groomed and my hair decided to cooperate (this is a good sign for the day)
Going to lunch with the Honey Lamb and her dad
After lunch I am going to do some research for a presentation I have to do later in the week on physician documentation requirements for teaching hospitals
Lazy laundry peppered through out my day
Going to the movies alone later this evening
Staying up past my bedtime

Today has been a good day. Quiet, just the way I like it. Spent the morning on the phone with one of my most favorite people in the world. After that - I did some cleaning - dusting - put clothes away

Then I upgraded my laptop to Windows 10 - so far, so good.

After the upgrade was done, I decided to just soak in the tub.. it felt good.. just relaxing.. used some lavender bath stuff.. and let everything drain out of me.. need to do that more often..

Now I am finally making some lunch.. and planning to just relax the rest of the day.

This week ahead is going to get a little busy I think.. need to store up some energy.

As I slipped the ring on her finger I asked Red will you be Mo Aman Cara and she said yes!

Going to Trader Joe's, Grocery Outlet's and Jimbos for groceries. Return home, do my nails, maybe change the linen (maybe not), watch an old movie. Connect with family on the phone. I desperately need a hot-oil treatment on my hair, but will have to wait.

Good Morning over-easy peeps,

Today will be pretty relaxed. I have a pasta salad to make to add to my lunch repertoire this coming week. Other than that - all the cleaning was done yesterday. Soooo I might enjoy a movie or two myself.

This week is going to the my first week at a new job - with a non-profit I have wanted to work for - for the longest time. My wish finally came true. I am really looking forward to starting this new part of my life. Even though it is "just a job" - it feels like everything has changed. Everything !!

happy sunday! the weather here is cooling off (90's) which is a nice break from almost 110...todays plan is laundry and make chicken tacos later...and get ready for the work week...i have red potatoes ready to dig....i am anxious to see how they did as i have never grown them before....go me!! :)
