The County sent out a notice that the wind chill factor will be 4 below zero after midnight until tomorrow at noon. That NEVER happens here. I'll take Brittany out as late as possible before the temp drops, and leave the faucets dripping.

8.6F for the rest of the week it seems. That northern wind certainly brought a new chill to us today. Turn on the fireplace, cover with my bearskin and sip my hot coffee. Not a big problem. No snow to shovel however so my van is clear.

Snow is all gone, no wind, lots of sunshine, 17F

Snow is gone here too - it was pretty while it lasted. High temps in the 20s though - frozen roads - they're advising everyone not to drive. The boy is out of beer, but he's taking it pretty well.

Low of 42*F tonight - the first night in a long time I don't have to leave the faucets dripping.

High of 58*F and sunny tomorrow! I will have to go outside.

It’s been a month of no rain or hazardous weather events, for which I’m grateful. But, after weeks of dazzling sunshine, we might get a skiff of bad weather. Our mountains and volcanoes will keep getting tons of snow, but we might get snowy ice by the weekend. Spring should be here soon, tho. All month long in January the trees were budding. Normally the trees bud up in late February, early March. Hope we don’t get snow or ice but we might.

It’s about 32 degrees right now.

We are having our first real snow this year. Has been going most of the day and hasnt quit yet. This is more like we are use to. 26F but the wild winds have calmed down.

Our winter storm warning arrived today. Soon, we will see zillions of snowflakes and the peace and quiet that comes with winter madness.

Four more weeks of winter until Spring makes its way here.

It's 44°F in my neck of the woods and you'd think it was 75°.

Everyone is out and about. There were lines wherever I went and everyone had smiles on their faces.

Snow is still on the ground. I saw a sturdy looking snow forte on my way home. Bet they had fun with that.

We are serious about making Snow Men, Snow Women and Snow Children.

It's getting up into the 60*s and 70*s now and it's supposed to stay that way, until it gets even warmer. Time to put all my cute sweaters and jackets away and figure out what I'm going to wear this spring and summer.

There's a wind advisory and a tornado watch going on right now. Fortunately where I'm located on Stone Mountain, we never seem to have tornadoes touch down. They tend to either drift north (usually) or south to go around the mountain. I am charging my phone in case the power goes out.

We will get up to 74 degrees today: Japanese Plum trees are in bloom; every tree is blooming lately (achooooo!!).

Tomorrow we expect to have serious weather conditions: tons of lightening and thunder.

It’s fairly windy too. 🌬️

Two months later, we are still hovering in the low 70s… it’s still a bit windy at times, we’ve had a few sprinkles of rain now and again, but it’s mostly dazzling sunshine.☀️

We're in the 80s and lower 90s this week. Last week was in the 40s- 50s. Weather whiplash.

Raining, raining, raining. I'm trying to get my gutters cleaned but it may not happen because the rain won't stop.

We have sketchy pearly skies, that will burn off later today. The moon should be very mysterious looking tonight, as it lofts into the sky and sails with stardust in the viewable cosmos.
