its cold :cold: outside these days. Although I love the break from the summer and humidity, I really don't like cold toliet seats. :rant:.. so while I was in the shower:bath: I got to thinking :thinking: I should hire a toliet seat warmer for the winter!!! LOL...

Went to the doctor yesterday for my ribs... they did rush me (their idea not mine of rush) me in to have a c-scan to make sure I hadn't damaged my liver... turns out it is just muscle issues... I think I would have rather broken something... On a happy note, in the last 2 1/2 months I have lost over 30 lbs... I knew I had lost but not that much... Yeah me!

Word to the wise
Do NOT paint your fingernails just before you are called to supper (how nice to be called to supper once in a while, instead of being the one to do the calling!). Even if you use that insta-dry top coat, you are still going to fuck up your paint job and have to re-do it. Just sayin'.

I love the 5 min chocolate pudding. add 3 cups of milk, beat with whisk, set for 5 min and you're done. next time, I'm adding bananas and dark chocolate morsels and then I think I'll parfait it with vanilla 5 min pudding. It was great; I hadn't had pudding in about 20 years.

A cute video going around FB showing a momma duck with her dozen or so ducklings being blown over upside down and backwards (no one was harmed!) reminded me of seeing something hilarious one winter. Everyone from work were having a nice lunch at an Italian restaurant on a very cold cold day in Charlotte, NC. The restaurant was sitting and jutting out on a made man lake that was almost frozen solid. There was a flock of Mallards that lived there all year round, the wind was blowing them across the layer of ice. It looked like the Winter Olympics Ice skating for ducks!!!
