Since I had poached wild salmon in a fresh dill sauce for lunch, with green salad, I will make a cold Vichyssoise for dinner, with buttered whole wheat, and Chardonnay I think.

-pulled pork bbq sandwich on kaiser roll with sweet sauce -fries -corn on the cob -brownie with ice cream, whipped cream, hot fudge and caramel sauce It was yummy goodness! :D |

Light supper tonight, I am not very hungry because of the heat: a salad of steamed young zucchini with olive oil, sea salt, and fresh basil, and sliced white peaches and white nectarines with a drizzle of my homemade Cassis liqueur, with ice tea (Puehr tea with chrysanthemum flowers).

Since I just had an artichoke for lunch (the heat), for dinner I am planning to have rare grilled rack of lamb, barely steamed zucchini with sea salt, olive oil and basil, an heirloom tomato salad, a glass of Pinot Noir, and a sliver of almond pear galette for dessert, with espresso.

Im rewarmng the left over roast from yesterday,there are new potatos and carrots with it,my son can eat that but I had a big tomato/cuke /basil salad an hour ago so im not hungry.

My honey took me to our favorite Tapas Restaurant and I had Morroccan-Style Lentils... And two glasses of Leffe Blonde draft.... perfect dinner.... perfect company.

I had that new Wendy's salad with fruit in it. I never thought I would want a salad with blueberries and strawberries in it, but it was quite good.

I had one (more) of the countdown dinners 'till Gayla is here...it was good since, as each dinner passes, the countdown goes lower... :)
