dinner just might be handfuls of Cheetos and corn chips at the dance tonight.

I've just cooked with tofu for the first time - and discovered that you really cannot go wrong with anything if it's covered in a tomato sauce and sprinkled with cheese!

- ham salad sandwich
- cream of tomato soup
- apple strudel

I made Boursin and bacon stuffed chicken. It's wrapped in prosciutto so next time I will leave out the bacon.

I had leftover Weisswurst with sauerkraut and yummy mustard.

I made Thai coconut soup from a mix i got at Xmas fair. Added some chicken and grated 2 carrots into it and BAM! It turned out so good!

My tenant in my mother in law apt cooked chicken on his BBQ and made me a plate. Salad and cottage cheese with it.

Tofu tends to take on the flavor of anything it's cooked with so if you cook it with yummy stuff, it will always be yummy. :)

We had a little salad and a LOT of spaghetti tonight.

Breakfast is what's for dinner, which we call supper in the south. 3 eggs and cheese, 5 pc bacon, hash browns with onions

Stuffed pork chops, riced cauliflower with sweet potatoes, green beans and small whole potatoes cooked with ham, mint water to drink.
