No time to eat I was driving like a mad man to get home to my kitties. It ended up being a 5.5 hour drive in the dark. Ugh.

I might eat some cheese and crackers.

The kitties and I are happy to be together.

Dinner was oven baked chicken breasts and Thai style quinoa.

But the peppermint cream cheese swirl dark chocolate brownies were the best!

We had junk: fries, burgers, nuggets and I had a green tea/fruit juice concoction that I am sure had a TON of sugar but was really good.

I had cream of mushroom chicken (crockpot recipe) and sauteed baby portobellos over rice.
