Good. I didn't remember to eat a cookie so I'm glad you celebrated national cookie day for both of us!

Last night, DC had a burrito and I had a burrito bowl.

Pho. I found bean sprouts in this town!!!

Made with purple carrots, spinach, mushrooms, green onions, cilantro, jalapeño and sliced pork. I must say, it was both a hit and oh so good!

My son called and surprised me with dinner at Red Lobster. We shared a coconut shrimp appetizer. So good I ordered the coconut shrimp meal with a mini Caesar side salad and asparagus. I also had too many of their delicious buttermilk cheddar biscuits. For “dessert” a cup of coffee with some Baileys Irish Cream, light on the Baileys please.

I never got around to baking the chicken last night, so it's going to be dinner tomorrow night.....and, instead of biscuits and gravy, I'll have an baked potato instead.
