Last night was homemade chicken teriyaki (spicy) over noodles and a side of baked Brussels sprouts with leftovers for work lunch

Tonight is chicken enchilada casserole (because I don't feel like rolling any tortillas) with a side of Spanish rice, also with leftovers for work lunch

Tomorrow's dinner will also likely be leftovers... or meatloaf

escarole chicken soup w/ white baby beans ~ perfect for a chilly night tonight

cream of vegetable soup (made with whey protein powder, chicken broth, thyme, smoked paprika, other seasons with olive oil) it was wonderful for the cold night.. and snow! that has taken place.

I made chicken tenders, mashed taters, cauliflower rice with sweet potato bits, and I had mint water to drink.

Dinner
 

I am having a pepperoni pizza with olives, onions, jalapenos, and extra cheese. A nice glass of whiskey to drink.

I had a combination Italian/Indian dinner :seeingstars:

I had leftover pumpkin curry soup which I reduced to a sauce. I added chopped chicken, cauliflower pieces and for an Italian flair, mushroom and ricotta tortellini.

It was sooooooooo good!

Piece of meatloaf,lil bit of potato and cottage cheese.

Hummus and pretzels, again.
