Comfort food!
Tonight it will be rare lamb chops, endives in a béchamel sauce, the last of the Pomerol, a couple of homemade chai bittersweet chocolate truffles, and an espresso.

Tonight the rest of the rack of lamb, very rare, with garlicky spinach and a garlic mustard sauce, little endive salad on the side, some bittersweet chocolate squares for dessert, and a glass of Bourgogne.

Brown rice with mushrooms, bell peppers, and lean turkey sausage. I also had some pickled beets on the side cuz I love them. :tease: |
