We are trying a new recipe for a chicken and veggie korma cooked in a crock pot. I don't have the highest hope but neither of us are able to cook right after work tonight so crock pot it is.

My BFF and I dined on freshly made salads made of spring greens, sliced strawberries, fresh English cucumbers, sliced almonds, and used a new salad dressing made from Tumeric. She got it at Trader Joe's. I brought over organic Artichoke spread and rustic loaf of bread. We drank water with fresh lemon slices.
I took over a couple of Think Thin bars and to my surprise she's found them too! :) That's what we had for lunch but she sent home an extra plate of salad for my dinner tonight. |
We are being bad so we had pizza and dr pepper

Another salad. This one had baby romaine, arugula, mini cukes, peppers, mushrooms, bacon bits, organic whole grain croutons, shredded carrots, chick peas, cherry tomatoes cut on the bias, OG light dressing and freshly ground pepper. I supplemented it with a piece of toasted ancient grains naan. Dessert was rainbow Nerds and I had water to drink.

I had dinner at work...Tex Mex cheese steak sandwich, sweet potato fries and fruit.

Last night was a green salad with slices of baked chicken.

Chinese tonight, pork chow mein, chicken sweet and sour cantonese style and a few prawn crackers.

I had an Asian inspired salad tonight with the last of the naan, water to drink and some Rainbow Nerds.
