I had tacos. Crockpot Experiment #4 involved a chuck roast, chipotle and sundry spices, it was my first adventure away from ground beef in my beef tacos, and there is so much depth to the flavors; I'll be making this again.

I have not had an apeptite lately, physical pain will cause that, but this is good.

Enjoying it now! I think I will get a couple more meals off this one plate.

I had popcorn and iced tea at 77 miles an hour on the road.

So for dessert what - you ramp it up to 90 miles per hour?

My oldest took his girlfriend and I out for Chinese food last night so I'll probably be having leftovers tonight. Unless I cave in and have them for lunch.

Haha! No dessert. It was a 6 hour drive and I wanted to get home. In Texas some roads have speed limits of 80 miles per hour.

I always cook for myself...tonight was jerk pork tenderloin, baked sweet potato, and asparagus.
