Herb Ox granulated chicken bouillon in water, some cucumber and tomato chunks with Italian dressing mixed in, then later orange Jell-O for dessert.

Dinner
I am going to have a big salad with beets, chickpeas, onions, tomatoes, olives, cheddar cheese, and a hard boiled egg. Balsamic dressing. Iced tea to drink.

It's unseasonably cool and misting rain here. This must be what it is like to live in Seattle. To that end, I have been slowly simmering a pot of spaghetti sauce on the stove. Side will be small garden salad (no romaine lettuce per CDC). Nice cozy meal to end the weekend.

I had a GREAT dinner tonight! I made a burger with ground chuck, a ton of seasoning, a mix of cheeses, mushrooms and a veggie blend and some panko. That went on a flaxseed, multigrain bun with artisan lettuce, garlic and herb white cheddar cheese and horseradish mustard. I had pico de gallo with Scoops on the side.

Dinner tonight was...
Roasted carrots, cauliflower, potatoes, and brussel sprouts with a romaine lettuce salad with avocado, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, pear, and strawberries and dressed with a splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice and Himalayan sea salt.
I like adding fruit to my salads. |
I grilled chicken that I put a Greek seasoning on, roasted sweet potatoes and I fried some cabbage.
I suck at timing things so it's all finished at.the same time. :( |
I had pasta primavera from a local cafe. Citrus coconut cake for dessert with chai and water to drink.

I made a new batch of Tumeric Salad dressing that is better, I think, than the first batch...
I'm having Salad tonight. But tomorrow night, I'm switching it up. I've got an huge block of firm tofu, marinating in this hot, hot Plum Sauce and I plan to cut it up and skewer it on kabob sticks and grill them in the oven until they taste better than Asian cuisine you'd find and pay a pretty price for. :) :wine: |
