I had a fruit, gouda cheese, hard salami, and crackers with dijon mustard plate. Peppermint ice tea to drink.

I had a taco salad without the shell...and a Pepsi. Do you know how long it’s been since I’ve had a Pepsi? I wasn’t sure they still made them!

I had popcorn shrimp, jo jos, jalepeno poppers, red velvet and ice cream. Water to drink.

We lost electric due to a storm. Perfect excuse to treat Mom to Longhorn's. We both had a filet and broccoli. She also had a loaded baked potato. Now I am having angel food cake with strawberries and whipped cream.

I am not sure if this is an early dinner or late lunch. I am at my favorite Mexican food restaurant having a yummy plate of flautas with beans and guacamole. Iced tea to drink.

can of Healthy Choice Chicken Noodle soup with saltines, milk to drink, twix bar for dessert and the candy bar required another milk :)

I had strawberries and blueberries with whipped topping and then I was still hungry so I had some popcorn with a pom juice cocktail as well. Water following because the popcorn was salllllty.

An small organic garden salad, with baked Delicatta squash and a couple of beets (roasted in evoo and seasoned with sea salt).

Last night, I had a watermelon salad and some vanilla pineapple ice cream.
