Sore... I thought the meds were supposed to help with the pain. Not so much.

And tired. I haven't been sleeping well.

I am feeling tired and apprehensive. I never like delivery people in my house. The dogs are in the crate.. but its a mess! I need someone to come pick up the furniture for donation. It is crushing my groove!! lol!

This is definitely going to be a house cleaning day.

My got new trainers today! If I paid full price for them they would have been £138 ($215) I paid thanks to lovely ebay £12 ($18)! The girl who was selling them only wore then for like an hour. There is nothing wrong with them. They look new and they are real!

Pretty tired.
I had a new appt today for health issues-- was there for about 2.5 hours, and I have about 5 new MDs that I'll be going to within the next 1 month and just thinking about it wears me out.

Tired and I might be suffering from exhaustion. Didn't roll out of the bed till 8am—that's unheard of by me. And I could easily go back to bed. Barely have energy to clean my home. And I really need to get rid of some things (books, clothes, stuff I don't want or am not using—I need more white space). And it's crazy hot in my neck of the woods.

But there's light at the end of the tunnel. Not working this weekend, got approval for time off in September, had a good work week, sort of doing my exercises, kind of excited about seeing Jill Scott with some buddies in two weeks, had a good follow-up with my GYN.

Feeling pretty amazing this morning! Woke up with a feeling of peace and an unusual amount of energy.

Anxiety is less today. I started writing a letter to someone who deserves a good talking to. I think making a decision on how to deal with that situation has helped. Afib is still bang-bang-banging away in my chest but I'll just keep eating magnesium and slow down on the caffeine. I'll be fine. All shall be well. All shall be well. ...

Yesterday was an off-ish feeling day. Today (with a decent night's sleep) - I am feeling much better and looking forward to the week ahead.

I don't feel much like posting, although I have things in mind, because one of my furbabies is very sick and in obvious pain. Breaking my heart and making me very nervous.

I'm feeling pretty good today. Got some quality (but short) sleep. Some things seem to have settled in my head. Just gonna work on what I can work on to get to where I want to be. :). Have to let the rest lie.

... And of course I have work to keep me busy.

I`m feeling very anxious, my niece is over due with her first baby and is really struggling now, after a long night, texting back and forth with her Mama, the deliver suite is finally booked and things are on the move......hurry up now little baby please !!

P.I.S.S.D. if getting to my age I have learned a few things, one of the hardest is the wanting to bitch slap someone who dose 't deserve the time it takes to do that. All I can do is pray for karma to work it's wonders, sooner or later it will.

Like I'm in a Salvador Dali painting. Hoping a shower will help to wash this feeling away.

Perplexed and a tad bit confused. However, I have a resolution to make this feeling go away.
