Mom and I had snack plates that included aged Wisconsin cheddar cheese, crackers, olives, bread and butter pickles, and fresh peaches. Peach tea to drink.

Too much!!! I had a salad with toasted sourdough and some fresh pineapple and then my lips felt tender from all the acid (salad dressing was OG Italian/acidic too) so I had some ice cream. Water to drink, so that makes it all healthy right?

Dinner out at the coast, crab and avocado salad on mango pico de gallo for an appetizer then four kinds of shrimp with veggies to share. A Texas martini to drink and key lime pie for dessert.

I think dinner will be at the finish line of the motorcycle rally/fundraiser ride I'm doing today. I hear they are serving tacos with chicken as an option for filling so that could hit the spot. There will probably also be a celebratory club soda with Jameson in it :)

Ate light... lil bit of salami... smoked gouda... white cheddar... cherry tomatoes... baby carrots... few crackers. Delicious! But now I know why I'm so friggin hungry! :p

Last night I made a spicy meatloaf, loaded baked potatoes and corn on the cob. Chocolate chip cookies for dessert right out of the oven.

I'm baking Delicata Squash, carrots and apples today, so I can take them and turn it all into an reduction type soup made with Coconut cream, seasoned with Himalayan salt and cracked peppercorns. I'll pair an bowl of this soup with an small organic romaine salad, with favorite toppings.

I sauteed shrimp in butter with some fresh garlic and ginger.
Steamed asparagus and zucchini with small chopped pieces of bacon. Simply irresistible..yeah go ahead sing it! |
