FULL ON LOADED NACHOS!!!

Ice tea to drink!

- Nacho chips with pineapple salsa
- 2 chocolate hazelnut Pirouette cookies

Shrimp and zoodles. Very tasty.

A monte cristo with curly fries and 1 ice tea with a side of an adult beverage.

Dessert is 2 double decker moon pies! Lol

Just put an assortment of vegetables on to roast in the oven, for an early supper today: Wedges of green cabbage, baby red potatoes (two or three), baby zucchini, a small apple (quartered), carrot chips, and two spicy black bean Chipolte meatless meat patties (all organic, non-gmo foods).

For dessert: I plan to set aside the baked apple quarters and sprinkle a touch of cinnamon on them and call it dessert.

Water to drink.

Dinner...
 

Roasted vegetables - potatoes, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, carrots, red and yellow peppers, celery, onions and garlic with an assortment of dried herbs on top and pink Himalayan sea salt.

As for dessert I'm still deciding on what to have...nice cream or baked apples...or both!! :stillheart:

"Faxe" amber Danish beer. It's quite filling.

Campbell's Chunky Savory Chicken with White & Wild Rice Soup. Water to drink and a no sugar added popsicle for dessert. I've got a bit of a cold, sore throat and wasn't up for cooking or anything heavy so my son brought me a care package. Lots of different types of soup, sugar free fudge pops, sugar free popsicles. His ex would have hated that and went on at him for hours about how I should get my own stuff “she's an adult”, he should spend at least as much money on her as he spent on me if not more (um my son has yet to buy me a car and he bought her two so complete lies) and - I don't believe you were really at your mother's because what kind of man spends that much time with his mother. What's wrong with you? Who are you sleeping with, what's her name? You don't have another girlfriend? Why are you gay? However J is super sweet and if my son sends a few cans of soup my way she doesn't flip out. She looks at my son and says – What you didn't get her any crackers? Well you should go back and get some. Well you like crackers with your soup don't you? Well then... :)

I don't know until I drag my girl to the store... there is a surprising lack of vegetables in her fridge. I need to fix this.

Pizza Hut
 

Last night was thin and crispy pizza loaded with veggies. It’s was perfect. Tonight will be leftover pizza and spinach salad.

Pizza sounds good!

Cheese for dinner - yum yum yum!

I just made myself dairy-free potato soup. It's my first time, and it was a success. It's actually really tasty! I crumbled some crispy turkey bacon over the top, so it's extra tasty.

I still can't believe it was a success. Yay for me!

I'm making tomato basil soup! It's freezing over here so I've been eating a lot of warm food. :rollcat:

It was Red Lobster for dinner here:
- cheddar cheese biscuits
- green salad, Ranch dressing
- popcorn shrimp
- baked potato

The vegetarian taco's I had for lunch was very filling, so tonight I'm having a Tangelo, a quart of water and maybe a stick of celery filled with freshly ground almond butter, topped off with raspberries.

I had Pho Chin (beef brisket) at the casino...love me some Pho!
