I took on a LOT of snow today and I think I came out ahead. That's about as good as it gets now.

Did training for a new, albeit part-time, job for almost two hours
Ran two loads of dishes through the wash Loaded it for a third time after making pull-apart cheesy garlic rolls Washed a load of clothes and a load of towels Cleaned out the litter box Took out the trash Now I am sitting here playing Dragon Age: Inquisition until it's time to grab the clothes from the dryer, and then it's gym, home and Swedish Meatball leftovers, then relaxing. |

Finished three loads to laundry Changed the bedding Cooked Swedish meatballs and noodles Worked on the flower beds outside getting them ready for spring Dug up and replanted a large bush Worked on the shed. I am not good at carpentry. Ran an errand Ate dinner Done, it is cocktail time :cowboihorse: |
Got my floors dust mopped & wet mopped, fried chicken, helped spouse get a shower, got her tended to, went to work, took care of patients all night, came home gave her her meds. I guess a lot if I stop to think about it????

And I slept more than. 4 hours.... Its gonna be an awesome day! |
I got up, gave Oliver his meds, painted a wall, went to my personal training session and I'm eating now. That's pretty good for a little over 3 hours' time.

Not much seeing as how it's not even 8am. I got up, fed the baby, medicated the baby, am feeding myself and I went to the bathroom somewhere in the middle of that.
Yesterday was pretty productive, though. I worked,and was excessively productive there, washed two loads of laundry, unloaded and reloaded the dishwasher, went through my mail, loved on and fed the furry one, cleaned his box, tidied up the place, journaled, watched YouTube videos, ate candy and came up with a creative solution to a painting and design issue. |
Cooked breakfast and lunch for my spouse, took dog to vet, gave spouse her shower, ran electric broom over all the floors, peeled potatoes, cooked a chicken, oh and I called the SPCA and left a message with the lady in charge of volunteering, filled bird feeders, put up suet cakes out in the woods on our property for the woodpeckers. Now I'm just relaxing for the rest of the day:cigar2:

Scheduled the carpet cleaner and locksmith. And picked out paint colors.

Seeing as how I've only been up an hour, not much. I made the bed, fed and got fresh water for the :cat:, medicated the :cat: and washed the accoutrements from it, fixed my breakfast and am eating it now, I hopped on the scale and was happy to see a slight drop from the last time, played online, I turned up the heat and went to the bathroom (not in that order).

so far (2.5 hours in)...
pushed the wife out of bed because her alarm didn't go off, made her breakfast, lunch, and coffee so she could get out the door on time. Fed a teenager and got her to drivers-ed on time for once this week. Fed another teen and got him to school on time. Cleaned the kitchen, started the laundry. Now I'm here finishing my own breakfast and getting mentally ready for a busy work day. :tea: |
Accomplished
Today was another 13 hour day to attend a ceremony for one of my completed projects. The twist was that I invited colleagues from contracting and finance to see the finished project and attend the ceremony.
I think they didn't realize how much driving is involved with these site visits. We stopped for a nice southern style lunch at a place that has a cobbler bar, yummy! |
I sold my parent's old couch, my table and chairs is pending sale, moved furniture around in the house and bought my girlfriend some of her Valentine's Day gift!
