Doooooooo iiiiiittttt....we will have the most wonderful gathering to honor you (plural). It is butt-chapping cold here in January, I'll have you know.
AND, we keep our house unreasonably cold (like 70 degrees) in the winter anyway.
You can always hop in the pool to cool off if 40 degrees outside is too hot for you.

I mean it. You must be here. We will make evil plans to mess with Teh Arwen.

Durrrrrrrr will give up his guest bedroom and take the game room to be sure you have the queenly bed you deserve.
(you don't have to bring wine that weekend, durrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr)

Southwest also flies from the PDX to the LAS in January for $89 each way. :)

January's nice. Like your winter, but kinder and gentler. Jacket weather for sure, but not necessarily boots and mittens weather.

Ebon and I saw the So You Think You Can Dance tour tonight and it was lovely! Pupoil, did you hear us yell hello to you as we zipped along on Mopac?

The only downside to the evening was the poor excuse for food that Ebon got at the center. It was icky. They put hardly any cheese on the chips and there were bell peppers in it and the meat didn't taste like meat. It tasted like someone said, "Hey, let's make something that's not meat and put it in a meat dish and see what happens!"

We ate it.


BUT

It was only because we were hungry and it cost Ebon the lower half of his pancreas.

Waste not, want not.
