I'm making a roast with potatoes, onions and carrots with homemade gravy. I just wish I would have started it a little earlier. It smells delicious, but it's no where close to being done and I'm a very hungry girl!

Leftovers from lunch!!! Grilled veggies (broccoli, peppers, onions, mushrooms, squash, zucchini, etc) in a ginger honey teriyaki sauce and brown rice. Ebon is on his own since he went out and had queso.

Just had fresh veggies sauteed ..yummo .... they had a sale yesterday and filled my cart with alot fresh veggies n fruit.. now I'm enjoying some hot blk tea w/ lemon:tea:
