hey wryly...yep...pretty good checkup today! Thanks, and have now lost total of 50lbs...grin..a helluva way to do it though...grin! My shorts are falling down to my ankles, I got my belt out and am now up to the 10th notch fartherest from end of it...lol...and it feels great!!!

Met one of my neighbors, sweet little ol lady 83 years young, walks my next door neighbors dog 4 days a week. So sweet of her to stop by!
