I just went to the thrift store and got eight really awesome books for .40! And some cute baskets large enough to actually hold some of my art supplies; like brushes, pencils, pens, erasers, pencil sharpeners. Going to paint them all some really cool color like copper and line with some beautiful batik fabric I have been saving for a rainy day. Oh it is raining outside and looks like it may snow!

Snuggling in bed with Miss Pink and the Pack, a trail run on an overcast day, seeing a hawk flying low across the trail as I was running. Laughing, talking and grocery shopping with my girl. Talking to my Mama at least 3 times on a Saturday! Life is GOOD!

And NO there were not 40something candles on it in fear of them melting the icing...LOL |

Playing Christmas tunes on the piano. I have not wanted to since my mom passed away, but now, I have a family that I adore and my home is filled with laughter and love!

My foster mom.. Looking at pics of when I was little. Wondering who that kid was LOL Watching Simon play with another puppy in the backyard for hours... Eating tacos and drinking margaritas on a patio with foster parents Just basically reconnecting.. Not getting involved in their family. Just enjoying them. :) |

Going outside last night to see the yard/house Christmas decorations all lit up and then coming downstairs this morning and seeing the house decorated for Christmas. This is Puplove's favorite time of year and seeing her enjoy this is something for me to look forward to every year!
