i am having 4 oz of steak with 1/2 cup cooked white rice with 1 cup of steamed veggies.
and a garden salad with 3 tbl spoons of raspberry vinagrette lite. this will be my dinner for the next month or so... except the steak with be 5 oz of chicken. |

Huge...I mean HUGE (fills up the whole plate) baked potatoe with butter, fresh cut chives, sour cream, rosemary asiago cheese, some other fancy schmancy yummy cheese, and diced up chicken breast.
Tomorrow's dinner will be the rest of the (also) HUGE chicken breasts on a ceasar salad with homemade dressing. :D I'm diggin' this being home at 4:30pm, I can make dinner. The Boy may also be overjoyed to not have cold cut sandwiches 5 nights a week. A |
