i'm not sure ...we're having a small barbecue party and it's potluck..i think a potato salad if i start one right now..

My birthday dinner! (only late by a few days)
- charcoal grilled steak - baked potato with butter and sour cream - salad with dried cranberries, walnuts, feta cheese - grilled peaches My birthday cake: yellow cake with fresh fruits and whipped cream |

Spicy garlic soba noodles with bok choy and a spinach salad.

Dinner
Angel hair pasta with shrimp and chopped crab meat, alfredo sauce and a side of steamed asparagus. Ice tea.
I love easy to prepare tasty meals. |
I plan to pack up a picnic basket full of Birthday goodies and go to a beautiful place nearby and enjoy the late afternoon sunshine and watch the sun sink into a beautiful sunset. Once the sunset commences, I plan to have a big slice of birthday cake, then return home for a few sips of Pink champagne.

Spaghetti with meat sauce, IF my friend ever gets here to warm it up and bring it to me.
Otherwise, I have enough ham left from lunch in the cooler by my bed to make a ham sandwich. And, applesauce. |
I grilled burgers and dogs added apple wood chips to my charcoal fire and man did it make the zucchini and squash taste great, the garlic butter Parmesan sauce helped finish those off and I bought a ton of fruit today so I cut strawberries pitted cherries and grapes and sliced pears in a salad and that was a perfect addition to dinner tonight
Then an hr or so later a homemade choc shake yep I’m done lol |
The only thing I wanted was homemade cheesy bread and the best damn pink lemonade I've ever had in my life. I took thinly sliced Italian Scali bread and split the slices up. Some had aged Swiss cheese on them and a few had yogurt butter and they all went onto the pizza tray because it makes beautiful toast marks on the bottom of the bread. Delish. I had an Enlightened toasted coconut bar for dessert and water as a chaser.
