just got back from shopping and will have:

steak on the barby or ribs on the barby plus a fresh green salad. Iced tea.

Catfish and home made coleslaw.

I'm going to have a huge Italian deli sandwich with lots of pickled eggplant on it. Then I'm going to go lie down and be sorry .

That sounds soooo good.

tg for the bbq, another load of wings tonight and a small salad. Ice tea.

Bean Burrito and small salad.

I put 2 sirloin tip roasts in the crockpot this morning for my dogs... total of 6.89 lbs. I just turned it off and put portions in their dishes. It is way to hot to feed to them and they are going nuts at the moment. I will mix some dry dog food in there when it is cool enough for them to eat.

I will have some of the roast beef with deli food (potato, macaroni, carrot and cabbage salad) I will go back totally vegan when things are better with covid virus. It is more difficult to find vegan food right now and I refuse to drive all over town.

Stromboli- pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives and banana peppers

1/2 lb. bacon cheeseburger on the grill. Sauteed onions (I did already), tomato, lettuce, pickles, dijon and mayo. It is made in my mind already. Iced tea with lots of lemon.

Udon noodles with a black bean garlic sauce, steamed greens - broccoli, asparagus and zucchini and a salad with spinach, blueberries, kiwi, pecans and no dressing.

I snacked for dinner:

- Cheese ball with Town House crackers
- Key lime pie

I was craving Chinese...but Mexican won for the night!.... though I wondered.. how does a mexican restaurant have a Hawaiian dish??? I mean.. i get it.. offer variety.. right?
