Lemon/thyme tuna on a bed of spinach, chard and kale with a lemon/olive oil dressing.
Was going to have chicken medallions, but it’s too hot to cook. Probably won’t eat the chicken today and may need to toss it out. |

Bulgogi over sticky rice...my GF is vegan, but she had her daughter make it for me, she brought it to me. I have some for tonight as well. PLUS red cabbage slaw with edamame covered with ginger sesame seed dressing! YUM YUM YUM

We are having grilled corn on the cob. I am still full from lunch so that's all I'm having. But yum!

I had a spicy chicken sandwich on a toasted Artisano bun with MW and dill pickle chips. Pink lemonade to drink and mini club crackers for fun.

I found some high-fiber tortilla wraps on sale, so I bought some. I like them a lot. I made a veggie wrap by using one of these new tortilla wraps. Quick to make, and simply tasty.
Water to drink. For dessert: I am having a scoop of dairy-free ice cream and a special vegan brownie. |
