I had Seeds of Change Organic 7 Whole Grains rice with grilled mixed veggies, spaghetti squash, pickled asparagus, steamed edamame (no salt) with water to drink and 2 Halos for dessert. I was hungry tonight! I didn't have any down time at all during work today.

Wakame Seaweed Salad & Baby eggplant sauteed with green onions, garlic bits, and other seasonings she uses. I added a cup of wild grain & brown rice. Perfect.

Half a can of lentil soup---no roasted veggies this time---2 Halos and water to drink. I had a late lunch so this is plenty.

Grilling burgers today and making fries. Also, soaking beans for bean soup.

I skipped my last no-diet day on Halloween so I’m taking it tonight by having rice. |

White fish, side salad with ranch dressing, glass of whole milk with a splash of ½ and ½ stirred in. Cup of sugar-free black cherry flavored Jello topped with unsweetened real whipped cream.
