I took an easy way out for dinner,I opened a can of chicken noodle soup added half can of water a half teaspoon minced garlic plus a pinch of fresh parsley then warmed it up,also I had a small asortment of crunchy veggies like cherry tomato's,cuke thick sliced,1 stalk of celery with pemento cheese spred on it.I havent felt like eating to day bt I have managed to eat enough to keep my diabetis on track.

I made a huge pot of.....
 
"Frogmore Stew" or "Lowcountry Boil"....it has neither frogs NOR "stew" in it
It is bacon, kielbasa, onions, corn cobettes, and red potatoes...I use two bottles of beer and one bottle of water.....as my liquid.....all cooked in layers...seasoned with Old Bay Seasoning...and then steam fresh shrimp in a steamer basket on top (you should NEVER immerse shrimp in liquid...and steam only til pink and done!!)
Some people add crab legs, mussels, or oysters also...here in my area this is a local food...and usually is enjoyed outdoors on a huge long table covered with butcher paper and folks just come along and dish what they want...enjoy with a cold beer
Man, is this stuff good...my bestest friend had never had it...and LOVED it! I happen to love it as well!!! smiles...

Bro it sounds mighty good,its simular to our crawfish boils we have hear in Louisisna,smetimes people add other seafoods with it too.Now frog leggs are one fine bit of eating..if u havent tryed it u should.

hey bro...and YES! It is awesome! I threw in that it has NO froglegs or stew..as some folks may wonder...anyway, yes froglegs are awesome and mighty sweet meat! I HAVE tried them! And I also LOVE gator tail bites!!!

Tonight I fixed baked salmon paties cajun style,boiled corn for my son with garlic bread,a medly of summer squash with string beans with mushrooms with a garlic sause..I made some of my homemade tater sause with a touch of McIllhennys hot sause to spice it up....oh yeah good eating.I also dank a 20oz bottle of water with it,then some ocean spray diet cran grape.

Last week end my son brought gator poboys home for dinner,was so good I wanted another.There is this new placxe not far from where he works that makes the best seafood I ever ate in my life,I would eat there all the time if I didnt have to watch my dam diet..

My ex took a ride out by my brother with me and we stopped at a small local bbq house
I had the spare rib dinner
The portions there are huge while the price is small for what is served
