My whole evening has been fun; my dinner turned out awesome (I did not burn the BBQ ribs!); I had my favorite ice cream from a local country store; and I've had fun laughing with my best friend.

Scoring a whole flat of non-gmo, heirloom tomato plants by trading my wine bottle art.
Getting my baby tomato plants replanted in bigger cups and a Tomato Nursery built to protect them from heavy rain and cold nights, until they get stronger.

Spending my morning at a favorite fishing pond. Finding a young beaver family is alive and well.

A dear friend that I used to work with back in the late 90's sent me a picture on FB of a building from my hometown that holds many fond memories...and he knew how much that small gesture means to me. It was like getting a warm hug from back home. He went out of his way to take that picture for me; he lives over an hour away. No wonder we've been close friends since the day we met. We have always respected each other and made sure the other knew how important they are.

Today I had the first citrus I've had since moving away from S. Cal in the late 90's that wasn't sour. It wasn't the same good thing as just walking out your back door to pick tree ripened, sweetened in the sun fruit but today these cutie halo things whatever they are were pretty darn good, good enough to bring back memories of happy times spent living in the Golden State.

A very amazing playlist that I'm sharing with an amazing girlfriend. It's like getting to know parts of her that I haven't known before through music!

I hooked up with a childhood friend. We lost contact in 1980. We had a 4 1/2 hr conversation, catching up. She is a year younger than me and we only got up to about age 30 or so. So we decided we'd finish our conversation in the mountains in a few weeks.

I just found today that we have a cable channel called MeTV. All old shows all the time. Watched/listened to Laverne & Shirley, Perry Mason, The Twilight Zone, Rockford Files and Kojak is on now. :D

Bluegrass was awesome...they played some Irish tunes

Met many people since I brought the dogs...people respond so well to Yoda and understand that he needs special treatment sometimes :)

Heard a trio of very talented brothers play at the jam...the future of bluegrass is very secure...

Had a lovely talk with a lady who turned out to be formerly from Massachusetts! She has a son with Asperger's and he lives independently...in China! She told me about a good college for my nephew who also has Asperger's. And its in Vermont.

Same lady also told me that the coffee shop we were at had good chai. I've been disappointed with the chai here lately. But I tried theirs and is AWESOME...

Same lady told me about a farm that's hiring...and also hires in exchange for riding...which isall my daughter really wants...

It was just a really awesome night :)

Some drunk fool rear ended me and then hit 3 other cars in his haste to hit and run. Some kind person chased him and got his license plate and waited til the cops came and gave the info and her contact info as a witness. The cop looked up the plate and gave me his insurance info and I started a claim immediately. Thank you universe for lookin out for me.

Getting the porch cleaned off brought me a lot of joy. It has been a catch all for several years. Looks nice tonight.

My dinner date with my 6 yr old great nephew and him telling me he has two girlfriends cause he has to much love for just one woman....and my 17 yr old niece asking me if she could sit on my lap and me rock her.. Yes she was dead serious and said I'm never to big for you to rock me

I SAT ALL MY BOARD EXAMS!!!

I sat my final two board exams today. I did my law and my oral-practical two weeks ago and sat my two science exams today, both 3 hours long.

I have been having 8 - 14 hour long study days, every day, including weekends, to prep for them.

So that's it. Full time school and practicum over and board exams now over, three years done.

Now I just have to wait six weeks to find out if I passed them and I can register to practice...

I had the most amazing experience right in my backyard!!! I was taking the trash out and I heard an unusual bird calling, one I never heard before. So I stopped to listen and I looked around and two Bald Eagles and a third juvenile Eagle were flying around overhead. One of them landed in the big tree at the end of our property and kept making that crying sound, then it flew over my house toward the pond on the next street over. The other two flew out over the field behind our property. I have seen Bald Eagles while driving to work quite a few times, and once we saw one just down the road out in a field, but this is the first time I've seen three of them together and in my yard at that!! I thought it was pretty cool!! :cigar2:

My oldest is in Boston with her bff watching the St Patrick's Day parade...

Its something I've always wanted to do...I'm so glad she embraces life and makes memories <3
