Too hot to cook. SO, Chinese takeout it is.

I made mini-pizzas on english muffins. Basically I toast the muffins, then add my own pizza sauce and pepperoni on top of each and then a half slice of provolone on each. Tasty, tasty!

I brought home two pieces of Bourbon BBQ salmon. I baked it in the oven.
New side besides plain rice. Whipped up a garlic lemon creamy sauce with angel hair pasta. Made a little salad with some fancy lettuces, avacado, tomato, and black olives. Lemonade My Mom says..you come up with new stuff all the time. I just smiled. Thanks Mom💗 |

I changed my mind on the Chinese and went to a new Japanese restaurant where I shop. Teriyaki chicken with noodles, bean sprouts, broccoli and onions with lots of teriyaki sauce. OMG so delicious. Ice tea.

My brother came to see me for a while today and I took him to lunch and we had fish and chips (halibut) and coleslaw. He had coffee and I had ice water. We had a really nice visit.

If I am not too tired from the day - I would like to do a steak on the grill! Along with that a small tossed salad. I need to check out the new market that is up by where I am moving to and see what they have to offer!
