It's cold and rainy here and I"m a little sad not to have a nice butch around to check up on me and keep me company during the hurricanepocalypse.

Where in PA are you and do you think you are gonna get hit? If so please be safe and have supplies just in case you lose electricity for a few days.

You know, if you actually did live in Oklahoma you wouldn't be having the hurricane problem. Of course, you would have the problem of living in Oklahoma, so not really sure about the tradeoff there.

I hear ya, my friend! I made steak, sauteed mushrooms and onions, grilled sweet corn on the cob, and grilled haloumi with fig/almond paste. I feel like such a superstar right now! lol Let's sing duets and have a hurricanepocalypse movie marathon! Or read the complete works of Jane Austen. :)

I remember when Charley hit Orlando, Tampa and the Daytona Beach area in 2004. We lost cell phone towers and my mom and youngest bro had no power or water for a week. We had a tree blow over and block the stairwell to my apartment, and the whole apartment complex flooded, thank God I was on the second floor. It was a mess and ever since then, we take hurricanes over a Category 2 seriously. Good luck and be safe to all of you in that storms path!

Maybe we should make a list of nice femmes, butches and FTM's to keep handy incase we need to track how many of us there are and where we are from ~ you know, supply and demand kinda thing ;)

I'm fortunate enough to live in the middle of Canada where I've never had to experience earthquakes or hurricanes, though I don't envy anyone who lives in those areas. Sure I still deal with bad thunderstorms (and I hate storms), tornadoes (even though I've never really seen or been close to one) and ver cold weather in the winter but I'd take all of those anyday over hurricanes and earthquakes ~ sending My love, thoughts and well wishes to anyone who has been effected lately by these natural disasters!

As for me, a few of my friends threw me a surprise early bday party as I will be laid up on my bday from my surgery. It was a nice surprise and I'm still up lol. Guess I will be resting all day today lol.

Good Morning everyone. i hope all are safe away from the storms. i bring tears to me to have to say this but i had to have Karma put to sleep yesterday... over a few days he had gone completelt bling, his treykia totaly colapased and he grew several large lumps on his belly area.. he was 14yrs old and had a good life with me.. he was the most loyal friend i have ever had it this has been quite a loss for me. i know he is no longer in pain and he is making new friends where he is at now.
